Offer terms
Founding access is limited to the first 100 accepted office locations. Submitting a request does not reserve a seat; a seat is secured only after FIELDIVERSE accepts the request and the required subscription payment is successfully completed.
The Founding rate is $99 per office location per month. It is a recurring monthly subscription, not a one-time purchase, and continues until canceled.
“Locked for life” means the $99 monthly rate for the life of that continuously active account. If the account is canceled, terminated for breach, or payment remains unresolved, the seat is retired and cannot be restored or transferred.
Each Founding seat covers one business office location and includes 3 technicians plus unlimited office staff assigned to that location. Every extra technician seat is half price at $17.50 per month. Additional offices require separate seats while seats remain available.
Founding membership includes the Pro feature set and future Pro features. Individual features may evolve, be replaced, or be unavailable where a third-party service, law, device, or integration prevents delivery.
The account holder is responsible for valid payment information and applicable taxes. The FIELDIVERSE Terms of Service and Refund Policy govern the subscription and control if they conflict with this summary.
